I love the Aveeno Soothing Bath Treatment! It is wonderful for my little ones sensitive skin and helps calm itchy irritated skin from bug bites or rashes. I also love it for myself!

These individual sachets make it incredibly easy to prepare a soothing oatmeal bath when your skin is dealing with itching, dryness, or reactivity. I recently had an allergic reaction that left me with intensely itchy hives across my body, and I was willing to try anything that might help. I picked this up because it was reasonably priced, and it ended up being a great decision. The powder sprinkles smoothly into running bath water and begins to work quickly to calm the skin. Even though it is a powder, it forms only minimal clumps, and any that do appear are easy to break apart with your fingers. My skin felt noticeably more hydrated and far less irritated after soaking, and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t leave any residue behind in the tub. The pre-portioned sachets make the whole process simple and mess-free, which is especially helpful when you’re already uncomfortable. I’ll definitely be keeping these on hand for times when my skin needs extra TLC.

Excellent of soaking and soothing the itchy parts of the body. Just stay in the tub for 20 to 30 minutes so it can sooth the irritated parts of the body. It is great for eczema and chicken pocks and shingles.

Since the end of October of 2025 I have been dealing with facial flares that came out of nowhere. I tried medical recommendations from dermatologist and at first tit started clearing up but the dermatologist (in my opinion) didn't like the fact that it was clearing up so quickly that they ended up recommending more topical medication bc there were still small bumps on my face. I looked up natural/holistic ways to help me deal with this and I came across this product for itching bumps. Now I know this product is used for a whole body bath but since it is oatmeal I said why make a mask out of this instead...and I am glad I did. It brings back the skin barrier that has been broken on a matter of a day. As soon as I got it I made a facial mask at night and then again in the morning and noticed an instant change. I've done this for three days and the itchiness has subsided and the bumps are going away. I will provide a before and after photo after a week of use.

Got for my daughters gnarly diaper rash and it works , it went away after one bath with this. Make sure you dissolve the mix well because once it touched the water it clumps up and when you drain the water, it stays at the bottom of the bath but still worth it honestly easy to clean after.

This product really soothes my irritated skin. I use half a pack in the bath religiously. This bath product is my "ride or die" lol.

The past few months due to a freak allergy I’ve developed pretty intense eczema/itchiness across my skin—steroid cream helps but given that you can’t use steroid cream for prolonged periods I thought I’d give this a try. During my absolute WORST episodes where I’m breaking out in hives and trying not to scratch to the point of bleeding, this is the ONLY product that gives me full relief. Mind you that’s only when I’m soaking in it (as soon as I get out the itchiness returns, so I have to soak for a really long time). That said, I highly recommend this for people with sensitive skin or possibly going through chicken pox or eczema flairups. Each packet in the box comes with plenty of colloidal oatmeal, so don’t worry about one packet not being enough for one bath. You do have to mix it in pretty well with the water for it to dissolve, and even then there will likely be little chunks of it that clump together no matter how long you sit there mixing, but these little clumps (similar to what you might find in cake batter if you don’t mix well) are actually helpful if you take them and directly rub them onto the affected/itchy areas for further soothing. I’ve also mixed the contents with just one gallon of water (so like a sink) and that allows me to mix it a little bit better to avoid the clumps and from there I’ll soak a towel in the water and then apply to the affected area. Whichever method you use you’ll likely have to sporadically wave your hand through the water to mix the contents again to help avoid everything accumulating at the bottom. It is a little messy when you drain the bath/sink since some oatmeal residue will remain on the bottom, but it comes off easily by running the shower or pouring water over the bottom of the bath/sink—as far as I can tell it doesn’t stain surfaces, either, so even if for some reason some residue remains behind and isn’t rinsed away it’ll simply harden and come off with minimal effort on your part plus a sponge or paper towel at a later point. This product has helped me like nothing else has and leaves my skin feeling super soft afterwards. I cannot day enough good things.

Nice product & very effective with severe rash skin. Used daily in a warm bath with clean skin very efffctive after 3days of use . Very satisfied 👍

After suffering from Eczema all my life (I'm 29) I am always on the look out for alternatives to my prescriptions because I don't think the steroid ointments etc are good for your skin long term. I have contact dermatitis on my hands and when I first discovered Aveeno I was at the end of my tether with a terrible outbreak with my hands, I would have to get up in the middle of the night and stick my hands in the freezer to stop the itching. The first Aveeno product I tried was the handcream and its like magic in a bottle, 2 days later my hands looked normal and felt amazing, I couldn't stop looking at how good they looked! Since then I have been a huge fan of Aveeno and I have tried more of their products, unfortunaley I have had to get some of these when visiting the US or shipped over to the UK because you can't get the full range of products here. I bought this treatment soak for when im having a breakout so I can soak my hands. It smells like porridge but its amazing stuff, I found it stopped the itchiness and made my hands feel soft. Will be buying this again when it runs out.
