Aloha Shoyu Lower Salt Soy Sauce, 25% Less Sodium, Hawaiian, 1 Gallon

If you know, you know. Aloha Shoyu is all that and worth the trouble of finding it. For a long time, we had one store that carried this and all was good with the world. Then...they stopped. Desperation set in and I decided extreme measures had to be taken, which involves, apparently, a giant bottle of shoyu. This soy sauce is worth it. It's absolutely wonderful. It's a Hawaiian style brew, which means it's a little less sharp and has a bit more oomph, and is slightly thicker, though only someone who really pays attention would notice. The low salt version is much better for you, but also tastes better. Luckily, shoyu is shelf stable, which means this lovely giant bottle will last and last. It's an excellent bargain when you break it down. And really, isn't the knowledge that you can eat Portuguese sausage, eggs, and rice with shoyu forever worth everything?

This is the best tasting Shoyu! A slight hint of sweet with a deep & rich taste. We were introduced to this brand on a trip to Hawaii! So good I brought some home, now I order it.

This is Hawaii's favorite Shoyu and mine too. The flavor of this is superior to some other well known brands. It has no bite as it’s so smooth. It has much less of an extreme salty tase as well, ever the regular version besides this reduced sodium version. This is just delicious!!
