A decent little computer for a fair price! Came in "like new" condition, all it needed was a monitor (with a DisplayPort connection, no direct HDMI port here!) and it was ready to go. The USB wifi adaptor works perfectly and hasn't had any connectivity issues. It's also compact, and would fit fine directly under a monitor if you didn't have a place for it behind/under the desk.Works great for casual gaming (MMOs or other games where you don't need to rely heavily on reaction time) and general work during the day. If you needed more GPU you could probably replace the graphics card with something like a GT1030.Overall, definitely recommend this if you're looking for something dependable and don't want to spend >$1k on a gaming rig.

The quad-core is perfect for handling the VPN, Microsoft Office and our takeoff software. The Intel i7-4790 is a dream. Blair Tech sent a very clean (like new) machine with Windows 10 all working smoothly. Their packaging was very professional (everything included) and the box & packing was 5-Star. Look for Blair Tech!

This "Renewed" DELL Optiplex 9020 SFF is exactly as it was advertised. Setting it up was simple and straight forward. BlairTech does a great job making sure their PCs are trully Plug-n-Play. I highly recommend them and their product.

It was hard getting it set up because I needed to buy an adaptor to get wifi. They sent a tiny cheap adaptor but it broke within 24 hours of set up. It has no bluetooth and even though Windows says I can install bluetooth with an adapter, I havent discovered the way to do that. Windows only has instructions to add bluetooth to Win 11. This computer has Win 10. I can’t program it to send print jobs from my phone to the printer.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the computer I received was. Very few scratches on the outside and very clean inside. It even came with a Dell keyboard and mouse that were in great shape. The SSD was a Toshiba 256 GB, much better than some no-name brands. The original Dell Windows 7 sticker was still on the case as well the refurbished Windows 10 Pro sticker. I was so satisfied with this PC that I recommended a client purchase one, sending them the Amazon link. Unfortunately, they must have purchased theirs from a different refurbisher, as the SSD drive was one of the no-name clones and the keyboard and mouse were cheap third party products. While my clients computer did work well, I am leary of the lifespan of the SSD.

Purchased this product to use as a dedicated surveillance system.I added a cheap video card to gain a HDMI port and also added a dedicated surveillance drive for my footage.System was packaged nice and I would never have guessed it was “refurbished”The system is working flawlessly for me so far and I am very happy with it for my use.For those purchasing for similar purpose as mine, I am running 11 cameras (4k(1) and 5mp(10) and recording 24/7 with a CPU usage between 20-35% on Blue Iris software.

The motherboard is very outdated, so you cannot update your Realtek audio device which means your microphone will have static and buzzing no matter how good it is. The gpu is terrible for gaming, and it’s so low quality that its not comparable with VR. Resolution is very low. Will not run fortnite or COD but will run valorant. If you choose to buy it and upgrade it make sure to look for a low profile graphics card. Do not buy anything lower than a 1030 because then you will just be wasting money. If you want a gaming computer for cheap I recommend buying something newer. The truth is that gaming computers are not cheaper than $500 so it is an investment and you won’t find any good pc for gaming that isn’t under $500. The computer was supposed to come with a mouse and keyboard. I received neither. I was able to find sufficient replacement at my home.
