Don't know how I walked without these inserts!
As I have gotten older, flat shoes are just unbearable. This inserts have solved my problem, and I now am able to starting wearingMore of my extensive shoe collection! Easy to place in shoe, great "stickabillity". Feels a bit strange initially because the arch bump is stiffer and raised to a position that your foot is not familiar with, you quickly get use to it. Also, this set has three thinner and three thicker sets so you can get more support if you need it in boots or whatever. For the money, try them if flats in particular have gotten uncomfortable!

Good Value
I bought these items to stick in the heel cup area of my expensive PowerStep arch supports, which consistently wear through under my heel. So far, they work fine for this purpose - hopefully extending the life of the PowerSteps, and replaceable if/when they fail. I used scissors to cut just the under-heel portion off from the part intended to go behind your heel, and used just this portion. Not sure if I'll ever need the other part. The adhesive is weaker than expected, you can just peel them back out at any time, and in some instances they can slide away from the original location, but that may be due to my use of just half the item.

Heel Liners
Liners in the heel pat are a little too thick, they show while wearing. Not sure I like them yet.I need find the right placement for different pairs of shoes, I guess. They are nice, but as I said too thick in the heal. I guess I would like it if that part was longer and thinner.

Good heel liners
I have tried other heel gripper for my loose dress shoes but by far these are the best. First, other heel grips I tried before just simply fall off after a few wears. With these heel insole type of design, the sole part will prevent it from falling off when I walk or just taking off my shoe. Since it’s made from a suede material, it provides more grip too. Bonus with this brand I can share it with my wife because I use the thick ones and she uses the thinner ones for her high heels.

Cumbersome
Disappointed by this product. I bought because I had a new pair of dress shoes which were slightly too big, so I wanted to use these to prevent my heal from sliding out when walking. The quality is great, but the adhesive does not stick and the sizes of heal padding is either too thick or too loose. I was not able to use these even after trying different sizes.

Good product
These are very soft and work well, by the end of the day they did slide down on the heel part. Wish they were a bit more sticky. Bought them because I have some shoes that cut the back of my ankle.

do not use with thick boots
If you work at a job where you walk around a lot with thick boots, or your feet get sweaty, these will end up falling out/down further into your boot

WARNING. Do not buy!!!
BIGGEST WAIST OF MONEY IN MH ENTIRE LIFE!!! Do not spend your money on this. Didn’t stick at all, came off when I put my boot on. Was almost impossible to put in. And didn’t actually help with size at all.
