I am reading from the bottle. organic coconut oil, brahmi(gotu kola), manjistha(rubia-cordfolia), bala(sida cordifolia),haritaki(terrinalia chebula), Spanish saffron, essential oil fragrance. hope this helps your decision.

Is it better to use it before washing your hair or after for stopping hair fall?

It is best to keep on your hair for a min of 2-3 hours (or longer if you like) and then wash out. For hair fall, make sure you massage the oil into the scalp as the scalp needs to get nourished with the oil for new hair to grow healthier and stronger.
