A: You can install the USB in back of the face cover in which you will be able to control using App and use Alexa.  You have to buy separately.

**Q: Are the three interior units controlled separately or all 3 controlled by 1 temp setting?**
A: The indoor units are all controlled separately

This is a great product, and it works miracles. I got it for my new house, and I didn't want to spend thousands on a central AC when you can even control the temperature in different areas of the house. This works great for that. The seller delivered as advertised and the delivery was very convenient. At first, I was afraid they would do regular delivery and leave it in front of my house, but they did a freight delivery. They called a week in advance to program the delivery, and the delivery guy was great and called me an hour before to make sure we didn't forget. This works even better if you buy the WiFi adapter. You can also get it from MiniSplits4Less. They have great products customer service, and their prices are very competitive. I strongly recommend purchasing from them as they deliver as promised and have an excellent customer service team you can reach out to if you have any questions.
