It’s amazing so far! At one point I thought it would have to be returned as it did not seem to hold a charge. Apparently after each use it needs a lot of time before reusing it. The product is more than I expected. It definitely cleans up super well and is does what is advertised. It’s lightweight and stores efficiently in small spaces.

Highly effective in short bursts or for cleaning smaller rooms. If you are cleaning a giant room may need a couple of charges. Portability is chief feature for cleaning cars, corners, attics, or anywhere where a full upright vacuum would struggle to fit. Get this if you clean one room at a time and may not have to clean in cramped areas. Get an upright if you have a mansion/palace/plaza/compound to clean. The drop empty feature is nice to remove costs on bags. May need a quick wipe with a paper towel to clear any snagged or caught hair clumps from the can.

I was SO excited to try this and I was not dissapointed. The suction is so powerful and its so lightweight and not too loud. But for some reason the handle of my vacuum shocks me on the palm every once in a while. I have to hold it a certain way so my palm doesn't touch it completely. It kinda hurts especially when its over and over again in the same spot.

Despite being refurbished this vacuum walks the talk and talks the walk. It does what it does best. It sucks.After all... Isn't that the job of a vacuum? I'll get me coat.Seriously though, don't overlook a refurbished or renewed item. Often times they'll outlast your expectations. Performs to a T on my hardwood and carpeted floors in my 5 rooms for three days before needing a charge.

I'm 86, and needed a vacuum light enough to manage. My son told me about this one. And it is just right.

Bought this from amazon on September 7, 2021. Battery stopped being consistent immediately after the warranty expired (January). And now I’m March it won’t work at all. Seems to be a battery issue. It just won’t hold a charge. First Dyson and pretty disappointed. I thought I was buying quality.

Bought it because of the manufacturers name and reputation. Am disappointed at the short battery life cycle. Replacement batteries are nearly as expensive as a new unit. Have switched brands since.

I have a Dyson stick vac I bought refurbished about 12 years ago. It was a great vac, but starting to finally lose suction, so I decided to get another one. The suction on this one (when on max) picks my small rugs. Lol These vacs are super versatile with all the attachments and configurations. It’s great for stairs, cleaning out the car, assassinating spiders/cleaning cobwebs in high places, and of course floors. Highly recommend!

This unit arrived defective. As soon as I attach the head, it doesn't work. He's made it next to impossible to return this without weird conditions and stipulations. Do not buy from this person, just get the new version which you would end up buying anyway. I've now got two vacuum cleaners, and one is useless.
