I was going to make a Makhani Dal and I needed a tool to puree some of the ingredients and mathani was highly suggested for it. But I couldn't find one in my area. So of course I went online. This molinillo caught my eye because it is really quite pretty. I loved it even better when I got it. It is a nice tool and bigger than I thought it was going to be. It also did a great job on my Dal. And welp, since I had it I decided to use it for its intended use, hot chocolate. I had never realized my chocolate needing frothing until, well, I actually frothed. Now I use it every single time I make hot chocolate. Love this.
