How mature the skin should be? Is it good for a 33 yr old lady?

Yes!!! U started using EstÃ©e Lauder cream 4-10-75 (I was 22 years old) I stopped 2 years ago because it just got way to expensive (I was 63) I started using No7 And wowww! What a difference in price!! EstÃ©e was good... But this is a much better product with really great results. I still have people ask me... What do you put on your face to keep you looking so young? I now say... No7 products! Oh yes... I remembered the date I started using EstÃ©e because I gave birth to my first child 11 hours later!

I'm 68 and have wrinkles. i have some no7 products, but not night cream. there are quite a few different ones. how do i know which i should use?

I use No7 Restore and Renew Night Cream, day cream and the serum. I have gotten many compliments on my skin since using this product and I am 71.

Do these products contain retinol

I don't know but I love the # 7 products

What is the difference between this restore and renew night cream and protect & perfect intense night cream?

The intense serum and night cream work extremely well on my dry skin. Intense kept my face smother and more hydrated than the restore and renew; however, most people don't have skin as dry as mine is. I use the intense night cream every morning, as well as every night. They are GREAT!
