Many years ago I tried this and it worked so well! I lost like 15 pounds. This time around I haven’t lost any weight but it has helped me go number two at least 4/5 times a day. It’s controllable, nothing like a laxative. The smell is so bad, it’s the same exact smell from the ones I bought many years ago too. I use a bit of orange juice to drink along with it to mask the taste and smell. I did accidentally cut myself while opening one. So make sure you use a napkin to cover it while opening to avoid being cut. I used to buy them from Mexico so I’m happy to be able to purchase on Amazon now.

I was a little leary about using this product in the beginning because everyone says their product will work, I am 5'9" and I was weighing 215lbs. I found when I would tie my shoes I would run short of breath and the Doctor told me my LDL cholesterol level was high and I needed to bring it down, I figured I would give this product a try and to my amazement I noticed that it did curb my appetite right away, I used the product for 90 days and dropped to 195lbs, I took a break from the product for about a month and a half and then started to use it again for another 90 days, I am now at 190lbs which was my goal,and my cholesterol level went from 160 to 141 a big improvement and my goal is to bring it down below 130, my second time using the product I began a workout program so this helped me achieve my goal, of course you need to be a little more dicipline in your eating habits but this product does work and I would highly recommend it to anyone, I would take this product first thing in the morning before I ate or drank anything and that seemed to work for me.

I have used this product for 30 days. I have to say that I started with a product bought in Spain, and when I got back to Miami, I had to search for a substitute. I bought this for such many good reviews. It really helped me to reduce the fat in my body and today my body is totally diferent than when I started. Of course, I was not obessed or similar, but with those pounds in the waist and over the hips, and especially starting the upper belly that is disgusting. Everything desappear. I cannot say that was because of the exercising because I didnt. Now that I am skinnier I started exercising. For all the exposed I give this product 4 stars. I am going to add that I recenlty bought a new version of this that comes in a different presentation (ampoules) with a very weird flavor and that doesn't feel me apetite like these ones. Do not buy those. Even though they come in the same box with same pictures, flavor is not the same.

I took the Alcachofivida plastic vials for three weeks, did lose weight and was going to buy more, but on day 15 I had side effects, that was not good. Took on a empty stomach without eating, and my hands and arms started to tingle I got weak and started to pass out, my pressure drop very low 90/50. I was at my physical therapy appointment and had to be put up in a bed for thirty minutes. I was sweating like I just jumped out of the pool. Went home and look up side effects and could not find any for this product. Although I did lose weight another person at this doctor office had the same experience and stop using it, so I will not take anymore until I do more research. My sister had no problem using the Alcachofivida so far. Was really hoping this would work out for me because it was so easy to use. In the begining I would just get dry mouth and would drink lots of water that was all, until this happen to me today. Will check into side effects of the product before continuing to use.

I had done HCG twice, with great results, but did not want to go through the long protocol again to lose 10 lbs. This is much easier. I recommend a high veggie, low fat diet for fastest results.I saw the film, "Fat ,Sick and Nearly Dead" on amazon.I was inspired to buy a juicer. Between jucing in the am, and taking this I am losing weight fast.My evening meal is very light and mostly veggies. I cannot finish a small portion, I feel full fast. The only side effect is drinking alot of water.I could not finish my ten oz of juice this am, I am full. I see alot of juicing in my future, its a lifestyle change. I see this as an aid to help rebalance food cravings.The plastic ampules are a great improvement over the glass bottles that requied a needle to get out. shipping is amazon , price is excellant.**** sevral weeks later, I have found a side effect. I get all shivery and very dry skin if I use for more than 2-3 days. so 2-3 days on several days off. also it has given me a real aversion to meat, I can't look at it or eat it anymore. same for sweets. so with that incentive I am eating a lot of veggies and losing weight

Okay, so I started using this product about a month ago and so far so good will definitely order again. I ordered the plastic ampoules and I would literally take it with about 1oz of OJ.(I prefer OJ tried it with other juice taste nasty) and go at it like if your doing a shot, It does have a bitter after taste but nothing to gag over,I prefer to do it Mid mornings. My first week went quite well, it does make you thirsty you have to carry water "everywhere".... My opinion, I would rate this as no miracle shot but it's a good start up kit to get you going....Why? Because if you don't exercise or diet you wont see results. My girlfriend was doing it at the same time I was not changing any of her old habits plus no exercise and she had no results. Me on the other hand started a Vegan diet (mainly vegetable,fruits,complex carbs) and did some light cardio and I'm already down 7lbs. plus, it really helps with sweet cravings and other junkie foods.
