Has anyone lost weight using this?

I would say probably, depending on your activity rate and diet while using it. Synephrine does, from what I understand make fat emulsification happen easier (mobilizing store fat). I believe it also would curb your appetite to a degree. I started a diet journal to keep track of cal-in/cal-out and exercise which helped me also. I prayed a lot also.

Why are there 2 diff pics of the back, one says 60 the other 180?

If you are refering to the number of capsules, it's 180.

If it is 10% standardized, does that mean each capsule contains 1% p-synephrine?

This is incorrect and the previous responses are incorrect, (PhD in pharmaceutical science) each capsule should contain 100mg (measured 165mg in my first capsule) of bitter orange extract powder which has been standardized to contain 10% p-synephrine, for a total of 10mg p-synephrine per capsule (although the capsule I measured should contain 16.5mg p-synephrine). Again do not listen to past answers as they may result in negative health outcomes and are likely unsafe. Traditional Chinese medicine has a usual dose of 10 mg synephrine. Health Canada (like FDA in USA states less than 50mg per day is likely to not cause adverse health effects in healthy adults.)

Why is there 2 different ingredient labels? Does this product have the synephine?

It does contain synephine and there is only one label on each of the 3 bottles I’ve purchased. Not sure why the picture on Amazon shows 2....
