Real simple, it does exactly as advertised, and maybe a bit betterAwesome must have tool for electrical work ondeutsch connectors. TIP:This is not a screwdriver, if you twist the tool while inserted into the connector, it will either bend or snap in two pieces either way the tool will be rendered useless. Twisting pin connectors tools while removing, or installing them is the fastest way I know to destroy this tool.

Tools are OK quality. Storage case is a good idea but it is too large for the # of tools it holds. Tools definitely help with removing pins from connectors without damage.

Removal tools seem a bit too short to work on Deutch CE style connectors. When you insert the tool as far as the slot for the wire allows it is still short of the inner prong inside the connector that holds the wire (pin/socket) in place.I’ve tried now on a few different Deutch CE style connectors with end bells removed and have yet to remove one with this tool set. I always have to resort to the plastic style with a hole all the way through to tool.Wished they worked better maybe if you cut the wire slot a little deeper you’ll have more luck.

The "A" tool (95886-06) was damaged and unusable after extraction of the second stamped and formed socket contact! In my experience in using the DEUTSCH plastic extraction pools on the same contacts and connectors, I have been able to pull in excess of 60 contacts without damage to the tool (mostly due to wear). I have been working with the DEUTSCH connector for ten years and prior to that 35 years with AMP and CANNON multi-pin connectors requiring pin insertion and extraction. I have not (even when just starting out) experienced such an early failure of an extraction tool.

I used it the day it arrived and it works great.You have to be careful with the smaller ones though, they seem fragile but you don't need any force at all to remove the pins anyways.I recommend this set to anyone doing this type of work on a regular basis.

Very well machined, nice blow molded case. Tools do not break easily, as it does not require much force to remove a Deutsch terminal. I reccomend using some type of lube, like di-electric grease.

Excellent steel/aluminum quality. A must-have tool kit for Deutsch style plugs commonly found on cars & trucks.

The C size broke the first time I went to use it. They replaced the hole kit with in 24 hours. Hope it was a defect in the one tool and this kit holds up

Same set from Mactool over 150 dollars n got this one on a great deal.

I used the kit to disassemble a Deutsch connector from a military vehicle. Unfortunately the 12 gauge tool snapped in the socket while I was using it.

Poor quality tool. Won’t stand up for regular use like a mechanic would need. Broke the 14 gauge tool first time using it. Contacted the company seeing if I could get a replacement and never got a reply back. Definitely not worth the hundred bucks without any type of warranty.

Was delivered in a day. Not the greatest quality.
