Not too much or you end up with oat flour. Not too little or it's too oaty. If you call them they will brush you off and say that it’s “legal”. I could never knowingly feed this chemical laden pat to anyone. Quaker is a despicable company. If you or someone you love likes these oats try substituting Bob’s Red Mills Organic Quick Cooking oats.
