I don’t feel comfortable using the benches at the gym due to my inexperience, so I wanted a way to get some experience with the bench at home and be able to work out any time I want. The parts are very well organized and packaged. All you need is an adjustable wrench. It is a solid bench that stands up to my cross training routine. Very pleased with the overall quality of this bench: firm padding with high quality cushions that have sturdy stitching. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice quality with great features *by B***. on February 5, 2019* Just received this bench today and it took about 15 minutes to put together. So far it has exceeded our expectations. Seems very sturdy and has every feature. I used it for one workout that included step ups and I see no issues with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Lower than advertised weight rating *by M***N on February 6, 2019* Haven't assembled this bench yet, but right off the bat, the included manual lists the max weight as 661 lbs. Advertised rating is 800lbs.Will update rating/review after a few days of use.Update: I used the bench a few times, and while it did the job, I didn't feel 100% stable while on it. Part of that was surely just in my head from the manual rating discrepancy. Between that and the bit of a pain it is to adjust the incline/decline settings, I decided to return this and get a different bench. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/134445719-youten-adjustable-9-positions-incline-decline-sit-up-bench-abs](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/134445719-youten-adjustable-9-positions-incline-decline-sit-up-bench-abs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
