Energy - Fitness Walking Poles with 13.2 lbs of Built-in Resistance, Easy Weight Loss While Walking, Used in The Biggest Loser

I have been a Nordic walker for many years - I hike and listen to audiobooks via headphones. I had static walking poles for years and loved them.I then saw these and decided to give them a try. I have not used the static poles since. These ones are so nice, I find myself walk-jogging with them instead of just walking and my knees normally "feel it" after I jog - but not with these. I typically go 5 miles a day with them and when I am done I am drenched in sweat, but I have no joint pain at all. I find that these act like shock absorbers but they really let you focus on an efficient stride. My heart rate (age 50) is between 120-130 THE WHOLE TIME even though I am just going for a walk, compared to 90-110 when just walking.

So, I finally got to try these walking sticks. It seems like one stick has more resistance than the other (I just switch them up) and on the extender part of one stick does not stay. Also, it looks like I got only one extra foot that I can change. But otherwise, I can actually feel my core and arms working. I have also used them on my yoga mat doing squats and arm strengthening exercises.

I just received my Bungy Pump poles and only one rubber foot was attached the other one was missing!! I read reviews and several people had the same issue. One would think that quality control would have improved after this was mentioned in reviews before. I will write a review of the actual product once this issue is rectified and I receive the other rubber tip!

So excited to receive these poles! They even come with a small bracket on them to keep them together as a pair.Height/length of pole easily adjustable. Very comfortable wrist strap for great workouts that won’t wear out your hands while working up a sweat. Two stars so this can be the outlier review for the one big problem: the BungyPump gives as its product description “comes in pair”, but it’s shipping as a single pole because of one picture.Even the NAME of the product is BungyPump Poles (with an “s” on the end, as in the plural for pole), but the lead photo shows just one pole (to show detailing that sets this walking pole apart from trekking poles). All the other photos in the description show TWO poles (because they come as a pair). Our order shipped as a single pole. The bracket holding the other pole was empty because its mate had been removed before being sent.This is a high quality product with a very good design for helping people get amazing results fast in a very efficient and easy to do workout.BungyPump has designed an amazing innovation in workout improvements. Their product is worth the price as long as it ships as it says in the item description— A PAIR.

I'm missing a piece to one of the walking poles. It is supposed to come with a piece that allows you to walk in sand and unfortunately I only received one - not two.Other than that, this product is as advertised and I like the product. I just can't take it to the beach with me.

I purchased these poles after realizing walking is the best way for me to improve my overall health. After researching many I bit the bullet and paid much more than this for the poles. Not one regret. They are very well made and help elevate my heart rate as I walk and do my walking in less time. I am extremely pleased in how I have improved my overall fitness level. Highly recommend them for any walkers at any level (beginners included) since you work out the arms as you walk on trails/paths/sidewalks.

I am so glad I bought these! I use them to walk and hike with and they really make it easy! It's a really good workout using these and the upper body really loves the pump action. It took all of a half day to get used to them and I was literally off and running! I love the workout I get with the walking/hiking poles. They were well packaged, arrived quickly and work as advertised!!

I purchased the Bungy Poles for myself and took them with me when I visited my daughter. She liked them so much that I purchased a pair for her. That is when the nightmare began. No fault of the manufacturer. Evidently (after calling Bungy Pole) that Amazon repackages their product and they have been asked to be careful to include all items when repackaging. After the 3rd return to Amazon I called the manufacturer and they corrected all of Amazon’s errors. Excellent product!!!
