The NNN Triple Net Property Book: For Buyers of Single Tenant NNN Leased Property

Even though I gave it only 3 stars, I bought extra copies since the book cost so little and I gave those copies to other members of my family.The book is a good intro to NNN and provides good legal ramifications, good 1031 exchange rules explanation.However when it comes to what I think is the most important part in such NNN purchases and that is how to evaluate NNN properties and property types such as food, drugs, thrift shop etc, there is no exposition.The book tells you to rely on a good broker for such advice. Good luck.

A good overview of NNN investing and some basic guidelines, along with a lot of self promotion encouraging you to use Alan and his 1031 tax exchange service.

Good book but more ad than anything

Great book, info is spot on, Alan and his network is the real deal!

No real useful information, just basic information some of which I would like to see verified by some research and some claims that wont hold true on all markets. Half the book was an advertisement for using them as a broker.

This "book" explains the basics of NNN properties and 1031 exchanges under the guise of selling the author's brokerage business. Half the book is spent emphasizing how important it is to have a "specialized" broker and then the last 41 pages of the 116 page book are selling his company and client references. Just a long marketing brochure.
