Bought to help after a week-long flare-up of SI pain. The SI area relaxed during the second day with this product, greatly reducing pain. Able to do yard work while wearing it the third day. Ordering a second one now at this price, so if I have another flare-up I'll have one to wear while the other is cleaned. Easy to use. As comfortable as such a product can be.

I had back pain coming from a strain in my hip. I suspected it was sacroiliac misalignment and tried this belt. I later found out that the cause was something else but this belt really helped a lot and allowed me to continue yard work without much pain.The only thing I didn't like is that with bending it would eventually rise up to the wrong position. However just walking around it felt great. It pulls in and up at the sides of your hips and does feel that it aligns things.

I have several different width belts due to different back problems over the years. This one is specific to SI joint and will help when doing activity but should not be worn all the time because it will cause the muscles to relax and get weaker. There are exercises on You Tube to help with SI joint Pain and build up the muscles so only wear this belt if doing heavy work. I eventually had my SI joint fused because I didn't do the exercises so research the issues and use the belt only when necessary.

I initially loved this belt, worked great for a great price. But it lost its “stiffness” after a few weeks of continuous use. It just seems like it stretched out and doesn’t hold my hips tight enough. I’m sure it’s just a personal preference, but I need something a little bit more durable and stuff and will have to purchase something else.

Fit perfectly with out having to adjust. Pain was minimized as well. Great buy.

I ordered this belt on the advice of my Physical Therapist who is treating me for issues with my SI Joint. I cannot stress enough how much better it feels with the support. She told me to wear it under my clothes so I could tighten it better. Although it's a bit bulky, it's not really noticeable with a long shirt. When I traveled I even slept with it on a couple of nights. I cannot believe I didn't realize I needed this after battling this issue for 1.5 years, but I'm grateful for anything that helps stabalize my lower back.

The material at first worked well. After 7-10 days of use the main best had stretched an additional 4-6 inches. This made it very hard to keep the over all tightness and support that is needed and continued adjustment through out th day until the material was to long to work

after looking at about 30 belts here on Amazon, I decided to purchase this one. Most of the belts were too wide for my taste, as the chiro that I read about used a fairly narrow belt. This one was one of the few that was not so wide. I really like that first, has the velcro to fit your waist. then it has 2 other velcro straps that can adjust the tension on each side independently. For me, since it my left SI that gives me trouble, this worked like a charm. The SI pain that came on after 20 mins of standing or walking does not happen using this belt. Took 4 years to get into this bad shape, with this belt I hope to heal and end the pain. So far so good.
