Yes indeed, nice quality Ball Size-3. Ordered it for my 3 yrs old kid . Its good and capable for adult practicing outdoors. Packaging could have been better. It was typical amazon wrap and then thin polythene package. Ball comes deflated and without PIN or Pump. I had cycle inflating pump and 11/- football PIN, hence, unwrapping quickly followed by inflating the ball with AIR. Nice Bounce, quick to inflate, descent size & weight for a kid. Size 5 would be having more weight for kids to handle. Attaching snaps for you to get an idea of its size.
