I'll start by saying that I deal with shift change a lot and G Fuel has been a game-changer for me. Not only with how much better it makes me feel after a shift change, but my physical performance has never been better at work. Not only that but it's a cost-effective way for me to do so. Because I use this a few times a week I try to mix up my flavors now and then. Not all the flavors are great. As an example Cotton Candy was my 2nd G Fuel Tub I ordered and it almost caused me to never try any other flavors again it was so bad. G Fuel seems to have three distinct characteristics when it comes to flavor,1 the flavor itself, 2 bitterness, 3 vitamin flavor (like the chewable Flintstone kind). This is how they rank for me. They rank in this order 1. Bahama Mama (good flavor, no bitterness, no vitamin taste) 2. Strawberry Banana (good flavor, no bitterness, no vitamin taste) 3. Rainbow Sherbet (good flavor, very slight bitterness, no vitamin taste) 4. Strawberry Kiwi (good flavor, no bitterness, slight vitamin taste) 5. PewdiePie Lingonberry (good flavor, moderate bitterness, slight vitamin taste, very sour unlike lingonberries ) 6. Cotton Candy ( okay flavor, overpowering bitterness, strong vitamin taste)

I am a freelance illustrator with ADHD, and caffeine/focus blends are a big part of my routine. A fellow artist ADHD-er recommended GFUEL so I've been goldilocksing my way through flavors. Tropical Rain was nice, so was the PewDiePie flavor. But so far this one tastes the absolute best. For a special treat you can mix it with coconut milk and crushed ice! Tastes just like a real Bahama Mama. As to the cognitive effects, the difference is subtle at first but definitely there. It is certainly a cleaner, calmer focus than a cup of coffee alone, and much easier to prepare. I don't feel like I'm going Super Saiyan or anything, nor do I feel like it makes or breaks my work or gaming performance. But I definitely feel a general uplift in energy and focus. Financially, definitely a good value for the cost! Especially with subscribe & save. One tub can last me almost two months, and I typically have two servings a day. All in all I recommend it! Going to continue trying other flavors for novelty's sake, but this one is my go-to.

So not my first time with Gfuel but with this flavor. I like the drink and I think it does give you a boost of energy and focus. The energy is between an off the shelf energy drink and a pre-workout. The focus is a little less than what Onnit Alpha Brain gives me. So for me, this would fall in a good medium of not having to buy an energy drink and alpha brain. for gaming, I feel it is perfect as to not give you jitters and let you focus on your grind at hand. The flavor is very coconutty so if you don't like that this one isn't for you.

Gfuel has been my response to two things: caffeine addiction (I'm aware of mine) and getting me OFF sodas/energy drinks. I have a few tubs of varying flavors, though this one is up there as my favorite. Coconut (for me) is a great aftertaste and blends well with fruit, imo. The caffeine this provides is fairly substantial (140mg) whereas things like coffee would be too small and cause a body crash. I don't crash with this. Energy "plateaus" and keeps you going. But again, most importantly? It's yanked me off soda/energy drinks which my brain always screamed at me to get it. Primarily it wanted those big hits of caffeine, and now that I have it with Gfuel, I'm down to this and water. Everyone's experience is different, but, it's tasty and gives me what I'm looking for at no sugar (best part). Also DEAR GOD do yourself a favor and ALWAYS order from Amazon. My first order was with Gfuel and it took over half a month before my order even shipped. Coupled with COVID-19 delays with USPS, that wasn't fun.

Just not coconut. Enough of it anyway. (YMMV) This was the first time purchasing Gfuel's Bahama Mama, and it won't be my last. Easily one of my top three flavors. The initial smell reminded me of classic Tang and to a degree so does the taste, but the actual flavor is smoother. Creamier. It's almost like a Dreamscicle, and I love that. The price may be a bit of a deterrent to first-time buyers, but at 40 servings it breaks down to around $.75/bottle - way cheaper than most energy drinks and without the crash. It's a much more natural progressing boost of energy - steady over the course of 4 to 6 hours. Highly recommend. Still on the fence? Okay so this flavor is supposed to be tropical.. I must say it’s very coconut forward. It has a subtle tropical hint, but if you like Pina Colada and/or coconut, I promise you’ll LOVE this flavor. It is so good!! I don’t recommend you get this flavor if you do not like strong coconut or if you want more citrus. This is my first GFUEL tub I bought and I will definitely come back for this one! I’m excited to try more. As for the awareness and attention, I definitely felt myself be more alert and attentive. I was more reactive on games and more focused on whatever I was doing today, both in game and real life. I will enjoy this as work as it gave me the boost I needed today. I have drank C4, Bang, and other energy drinks, but this is definitely a much better supplement towards those!

This product tastes great, provides solid energy, focus, and tastes great. It is similar to a pre-workout, however, it doesn't have the typical muscle building and blood-flow catalyst ingredients. However, I was upset to notice that the ACTUAL documentation on the label on the product and how it differs from what is advertised right here. I posted this pic to demonstrate. You will notice the product has only 140mg of caffeine, while it advertised to have 150mg. The 'Focus Complex' shows to have 1001 mg whereas the advertisement here shows it to have 1200mg. There are likely more inaccuracies but these are the two quick ones that I noticed easily. This is unacceptable and unnecessary. When you update the product, update the advertisement for the product, so it reflects EXACTLY what the user is getting, anything outside of this is plain false advertising. Hopefully going forward these changes stop, or do not rise in their disparity.
