Fit perfectly with no problem and no issues on the road.

These guys can be the weak spot in your differential. When they lose a tooth or split those fragments can catastrophically damage the ring and pinion.Differential overhaul is easy and simple, but you will need special tools to do it right.

Despite checking vehicle fitment, this set does not fit my '98 Jeep TJ Sport's Dana 35 rear. The side gears fit fine. However, the spider gears will not slide into the top and bottom positions. There seems to be a "catch" at the little lip/edge of the carrier. Watched multiple Youtube instructions that all showed the gears should just rotate into position with some wiggle. I did see a poster saying they fit his 97 TJ fine. Will try again.Update, first of all, I can't say enough good things about Quick Performance's customer service, and in particular Max. The gear set was shipped from QP, I called them up about it not fitting the carrier, Max walked through me with the measurements and fitment. it was confirmed that my 98' TJ actually needed a 94' and under gear set with a hub diameter of 1.6". The fact Max was on the phone with me as I was monkeying around under the rig on a Friday afternoon was just amazing!Long story short, they were able to find a 1.6" OD set in the warehouse. I order their Spartan Locker instead since it was only $70 more. I will definitely buy from QP/USA Standard Gear again.Amazing customer service, especially in these day and age!

The gears showed up in the original package, but the plastic was ripped open and all of the gears had been removed at some point. Obviously a returned item, but all of the parts were there. I installed them in my ‘05 Wrangler Dana 35 rear axle with no problems. The old stripped gears that came out were aftermarket, but I was pleased to see that these USA Standard Gear appeared to be thicker and higher quality. I have driven the Jeep a few hundred miles now with no noise or other issue. They work great.

They are for light duty only. No jerks. Buy the double or triple prize others if heavy duty work. No towing or burn outs. Gee Really ? I have them for 1,000 miles. Drive moderate. Read how to do the break in for 300 miles at least.

I used the gears in a 9” diff works great it’s in a 1959 ford convertible so not much power just a 390 it’s still a work in progress
