A Solid Quality Product
Not an inexpensive product but you get what you pay for. Highly flexible and with 2 x USB C ports and wireless charging it is ideal for powering modern kit. So far so good with this product. Safe/Allowed to carry in hand baggage on flights too!

So worth the expense!
I spent too long trying not to buy this!I knew why it was expensive. It has a reasonably good capacity, and so many desirable features too including that status screen. And I thought that it would be too big for my imagined world where I would whip out a power bank from a pocket, that could charge anything. And so I bought other, smaller, Power Banks. And sometimes, I'd have a power bank in my pocket. And sometimes, I'd forget and leave it at home. And if I had one, it couldn't charge a USB-C device. Or help out with my laptop. Smaller ones would not have enough power. Cheaper but bigger ones would be heavy and bulky - and still not be able to charge everything.I needed to stick to one Power Bank, and an upcoming trip convinced me to go for the Omnicharge 20c+. And I couldn't be happier about a Power Bank! It's not as heavy as I thought. Its flat, square design means that it won't go into any pocket but the Omni charges everything. So, for example, I can charge my iPhone 12 wirelessly, or by plugging it into one of the USB ports. I can charge my USB-C earphones. I can charge my Surface laptop.Warning - you probably will need to spend more on accessories after you buy this 😊I got the Omnicharge case to protect it. And then I needed to make sure that I had the cables I need for my trip - of course. You get a short USB-C to USB-C cable and a short USB-C to USB cable. These are 30cms long. So I got a Surface laptop to USB-C cable, a short Lightning to USB-C cable, a long USB-C to USB-C cable so that I could conveniently charge it. And then charging the Omni using a regular USB plug and a full charge takes several hours - so I bought a USB-C fast charger! All of the cables fit just about comfortably along with the Power Bank in the case and so I just need to carry the fast charger separately - and I'm ready!

A great product, really unique.
II bought the 20c+. It does all what it says, which is a lot. Only have it for few days so I can not say anything about durability. Regarding the other aspects I'm happy:The good:- Enclosure look & feel, much better perceived quality than other power banks. Best in class.- Ability to charge via USB-c while delivering full power trough the other usb+c. I use this function all the time.- The ability to see power consumption in the screen and temperature , so you know your safety margins.- Surprisingly light weight for all what it packs. Enclosure is a bit bigger than others, but the weight is the same as smaller power banks.- Very informative web site with responsive support. What I would like to see in next model:- The price is correct because it is really a high end model. But in that range they could use better cells with more capacity. (Maybe 28000 total rather than 20000, as it is perfectly possible in the same cells form factor)- The enclosure gets pretty hot while charging a laptop, so if you put the phone on top for wireless charging then the phone can overheat. It would be great if they put air gap, fan, or better thermal isolation in the charging area.- I would happily pay an extra for having the AC inverter also in the dual usb-c model (yeah, we want it all)- The form factor is perfect to also include an Intel NUC below ( It would just need a bit more height). Nowadays there is a clear market gap between latpops and mini PCs, and something like the omni 20+ plus the NUC board could perfectly fill it. (didn't I say that we want it all?)

Works well but limited charge to power hungry devices
So far it seems to work OK. However, its charging capacity could be better although after searching for other similar battery banks this was the only option for high power demanding devices. It charges my Macbook Pro 16" (2019) up to 60% while the laptop is on sleep in about 1 hour (the Macbook pro went from 27% to 87%) then the Omicharge goes to 0% battery (from fully charged). Still this is good when you consider that this Mac Book pro requires 95Whr.I have not tested on other devices. You need the Omnicharge case (another 30 pounds) to protect this high price power bank but it seems that this is the most recommended (only one?) bank for such high Whr devices. It seems that this model does not have anything in the menu settings to control the limit of charge/discharge feature that it is mentioned in some Web reviews.

Does exactly as as described
Love -Feel - Soft - Same as and matches my Lenovo NanoSize - Manageable lightweight and lighter than my current battery chargerCharges my Nano and 2 other laptops via the USB C without issuePassthrough and ability to connect peripherals a bonus.Sit my iPhone on the top and it charges.Hate -ExpensiveNo case - even a slip cover would have been nice. Now to sell 5 other types of battery chargers on eBay and use just this one.So far very very happy.Martin

A professional product and tool to be used daily.
It’s not often you get a product that is almost if not exactly as described. The industry as a whole would benefit a lot from this level of transparency. After calibrating the battery as instructed figuring out the menu is easy and straight forward no fuss there. Apparently some of the other models have a feature to set minimum and maximum charge levels to maximise the longevity, unfortunately this is a feature that is not on this device, hence the missing star. This is a professional product and when considering the price to functionality ratio, that’s up to the individual so I won’t be taking price in to consideration as this is a tax right off, and won’t affect me in the slightest, but for others it might be something to consider. This for me is a tool and thus will be treated as one, only time will tell if it lives up to the hype.
