My daughter had braces for years and I promised that she could get her teeth whitened after she got them removed. The dentist quoted us around $300 to have the trays made and for the bleach. I really felt bad about the promise I made because I wanted her to have her teeth professionally whitened, but there was no way I could pay the $300 (after paying for the braces, too!). I did a lot of research on-line to figure out alternatives to professional whitening. Most of the research/reviews showed that using trays is the best method and that you need to have a high concentration of the bleach (peroxide) to make the whitening work. I spent A LOT of time looking around and settled on Whiter Smile Labs. The impressions were easy to make and the trays fit well. Because it was so much less expensive than a professional whitening, I decided to try it, too. Both of us received the trays and started whitening. I had some sensitivity and settled on whitening every-other-night and started using a sensitive toothpaste. This seemed to do the trick. My daughter didn't have any sensitivity and she's been using them every night for the past week. I can already see a difference in her teeth! She said that my teeth look whiter, too! I would definitely recommend Whiter Smile Lab Trays!

This kit worked great for my partner as a gift. The instructions are simple and the process is quick. The price point is also great for a quality set of custom teeth trays.

The over all process of making the molds was pretty easy. My daughter messed up the one she did for her bottom teeth and we thought that we may end up contacting their customer service for another set of clay for the molds. To our surprise, the lab did a great job with what we sent them and the new trays fit perfectly. We could not ask for more. The whitening gel works great and we only went through two tubes before reaching the desired whiteness.

I have been whitening my teeth for many years, long before it became so popular. I have used EVERY bleaching product out there. Here is what i have personally found: * "Pens" and paint-on products are fine for touch ups but do not make contact with the tooth surface long enough to drastically whiten. * Whitening toothpastes/mouthwashes work great for maintenance but not for initial lightening. * Strips do not whiten all over, only the front surfaces of visible teeth. They do not get between the teeth so those areas remain darker. They are good for touch-ups in a pinch but not initial lightening. * Laser whitening is super fast but it is expensive and the results are not better overall than tray whitening. The results from laser have to be maintained with gel and trays from the dentist. * Tray/gel whitening is superior to all other methods. All of the tooth's surfaces (including the backside and in between ALL of the teeth) are lightened. Carbomide peroxide gel is the superior whitening agent that all dentists use. Though the boil and mold trays are ok, they don't fit precisely and they allow the gums to be in contact with the gel. Professionally made trays eliminate those issues and are the ultimate way to whiten. But, they are expensive! My last set was $500! They didn't fit anymore after some dental work and just a lower replacement was $75! I cannot recommend Whiter Smile Labs' custom kit enough! You get CUSTOM trays AND 38% carbomide peroxide gel (most dentists offer 20% and lower). The trays are precision fitted and created exactly like the ones you would pay $500 + for at a dental office. Mine are actually better fitting than the ones from my dentist that I used a long time ago! I have only used the whitening gel three times and am amazed by the difference. This kit produces the exact results that you would get from a dental office, the price is a fifth of what you will pay a dentist because you are mainly paying them for their time, not the product, it could not be any easier to make the impressions and Whiter Smile Labs has the best customer service ever so if you do have any issues, they are glad to help. --- Also note: There is extra material in the kit for a third impression if you make a mistake. I have seen reviewers saying that they got three containers of material but only two impression 'holders'. It is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions but if you do need to remake an impression, you just tear the old material out of the holder and reuse that holder. Nothing is missing from the kit.

I usually don't leave reviews but felt compelled to do so because of my experience with this company. I was skeptical about the quality of these trays given the price. I received them today...they are on par with trays my dentist made for me and cost 1/4 the price. The fit is good and they cover my teeth...nice. The Customer Service Department for this company rocks. I forgot to include the customer return card when I sent my impressions to them. After realizing this a few weeks later I quickly sent them an email. I received a reply from customer service in two hours saying they would have the lab check for them the following day and would contact me with a status later that day. I subsequently noticed the card had a customer number on it so I sent an email the following morning with the number. Received an immediate email response from customer service saying this was very helpful followed by a second response a few hours later advising the lab found my impressions, the impressions were great and that the trays would be made and sent shortly. Even my "thank you" emails were acknowledged by Customer Service. Nice touch. I'm the type that reads reviews before I buy because I can usually get a feel for the product and the company. The ones I read about this product before buying were spot on.

I haven't noticed a dramatic difference even after using it for approximately a month but one thing I like more about this than say whitestrips is the sensitivity. These don't make your teeth as sensitive which is a huge plus for me. The turn around on the tray creation is pretty quick and easy. Overall its okay.

english is not my first language so please bare with me as I try to do my first review here on amazon and try as much as you can to understand my review as I say this with pure honesty and from my heart <3 I've purchased alot of things on Amazon , from my whole Personal Computer by parts , Clothing wear , Beauty products , you name it and this is my first time doing a review for a product ( I'm very selfish , as I always read a product review before buying it and never leaves one ) and I have to say this is by far the BEST customer service I've ever experienced with all the companies I've gone through .. Why ? Like I said English is not my first language and that's the main reason , afraid that if I call these guys that they wouldn't understand what was I talking about due to my broken English and afraid they wouldn't understand my very strong accent and that's whats stopping me to call their customer service so I'd prefer myself emailing the customer service via email my which most of the time would take 2-4 days or sometimes a week or NEVER at all (big companies never bother to answer me the fact that one person wouldn't hurt their sales) to get back at me with my questions , which makes me sad but life goes on and there's always another product out there =) but WHITER SMILE LABS changed it all ! as I try to ask them a few questions before buying their product and they were very good at getting back to me , all the questions I asked was answered the same day and sometimes in less than 5 mins and that just made me "WOW!" I am very shocked to get a respond that fast in my life .. So with all these questions I asked them (never mold or whitentened my teeth thats why I had so many questions) I finally bought the product without thinking twice and with all these excitement running through my body and I just waited till the product finally get ship to my place (which was very fast and free .. and they use "first class" to ship the product too) the day came when I finally got the Custom Teeth Whitening Kit from Whiter Smile Labs and I did it as soon as I got it , the kit came with 2 mouth trays (top,bottom) and 3 sets of molding clays that you mix that you put on the mouth tray and you will only use 2 sets , and the extra set you will need them just in case your first try get's very hard before molding your teeth , so make sure to read the instruction , you will only get 3 Whitening Syringe in case you get three and wondered why does the picture shows 5 the answer is these 3 Whitening Syringe is as much as those 5 Whitening Syringe you see on the picture .. I will update my Product Review on the Whitening Syringe,the Mold of my teeth , and how long will it take to get the mold of my teeth back as I wait for it to get back to me , and I'm counting the days as they say you will get it back in 7-14 days . I will totally recommend the product if the people around me like my friends,family,workers,and etc notice my teeth is getting brighter and whiter and of course I will keep it as a secret and again 5 STARS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Just received my molded trays the other day and they fit very well. They are very flexible and leaps and bounds beyond those trays you drop into a hot water and mold to your teeth. Those would make me gag if they reached too far back in my mouth and were so bulky. These you can literally wear them around and it's almost unnoticeable that you have them on. And because they are form-fitting to your teeth, you can talk with them on and not sound entirely weird. The only thing I thought was misleading was the picture provided, it makes it appear as if you get a dozen syringes of whitening gel and I received only (2). After further research though, I realized that they send you either (6) syringes of an oz. each I believe or (2) syringes of 3 oz. each, so those (12) smaller syringes must be 1/2 oz. syringes. No worries though, if you leave a 5-star rating, they send you (5) more syringes for free as a thank you gesture, and if you don't like something, before leaving a less than 5-star rating, just contact them and they will try to fix the issue for you. I didn't have to do that, but you can see the many other reviews from people that thought they were quite helpful and customer service oriented. You won't be disappointed with this producte, ...let's see if I get those (5) extra syringes now.
