Amazing use them with assetto corsa for button boxes
Yes they are really zero delay as i use them for button boxes and if you get a joystick with limit switches you can make a sequel shifter. The uses for this board are endless as theirs no need for soldering iron you plug and play no programming required as the board is already programmed to emulate a key stroke

Works great with the Happ sticks and buttons.
I used these USB encoders for the PC mod on my 1UP Mortal Kombat cab. These work flawlessly. Easy to install and set up

Works Just Fine, With a Few Caveats
These encoders do exactly what's expected. If you're looking for one, these are perfectly fine. I've used them for several hours and experienced no issues. They are recognized immediately by both Batocera and Windows. However, I do with these was some documentation. I wasn't entirely sure which wires were supposed to go to ground and which were for NO on the switches. Also, while I appreciate they provided several pre-crimped wires, I wish there were just a "smidge" longer. That said, with connecting the white to the respective grounds on the switches and strategic placement of the encoder (and some spare wires and male disconnects for the times I need just a little extra length), I got it worked out. So these are fairly minor quibbles that may not even affect your project. The fact that it came with the necessary USB connectors and plenty of extra wires than I could possible need more than makes up for those gripes. Recommended.

Does what it's made to do!
Works well, no complaints, does what it is intended to do. Instructions are pretty generic but understandable and more info is found with a Google search. Works with Raspberry Pi, Mame, Coinops and PC... everything I have tried. As long as you know how to configure the software you choose to use with it, everything will work fine.

Not recommended for MiSTer
A solid budget option for MAME or RetroPie builds, but not ideal for MiSTer. Both encoder channels share the same USB Vendor/Product ID (0079:0006), which means MiSTer can't reliably distinguish between player 1 and player 2 on reboot. Unless you're fine manually remapping controls each time, look elsewhere for better compatibility.

At last a USB encoder that made my two joysticks work on my Raspberry based console..
I tried a few different and all of them had some issues. This system works great with no effort. If you ahve 2 sticks to connect to your Retropie, this works great!
