Maple Grove Farms Belgian Waffle Mix, 24 Ounce

I’ve tried several waffle mixes, and Maple Grove Farms Belgian Waffle Mix has become my clear favorite. The waffles come out with a perfectly crisp exterior and a fluffy inside, just the way a good Belgian waffle should be. The mix itself is easy to use, requiring only a few basic ingredients, and the results are consistently excellent. The flavor is mildly sweet, which pairs wonderfully with any toppings you like, from fresh fruit to syrup. It’s a great way to enjoy a high-quality breakfast at home without much effort. This is a great product.

We followed the directions and what we ended up with was 4 waffles instead of 5 to 7. It actually would be 2 waffles by my standards. So if you want to feed 2 people decent size waffles use 2 cups of their mix. 4 inch waffles is what they say - not happening unless you are cooking for kids and even then you better double their recommendations.

So it’s delicious, only problem it you don’t get a whole lot. So basically I have a step son and my husband, for us three one box only makes 2 batches. So it’s kind of expensive for the amount you get. But it is really, very good flavor!

I thought I was getting something special but it’s got all the crap that every other waffle mix has second ingredient is corn flour third sugar fourth corn syrup solids

I make these for my son who has food allergies and can’t have eggs so this mix is perfect and always comes out great!

I was looking for some mix that I didn't need to add milk, and this one works great. I have a min waffle maker, so I just use a third of the regular recipe, and it makes fine waffles. If you want a thick waffle, just add a bit more of the mix, but the regular recipe should work for most folks just fine.

The texture of these waffles was good; however, the flavor was so bland that we ended up tossing these in the trash since the lack of flavor was not worth the calories. Since no oil or butter were added to the dough, the waffles stuck to the waffle maker (it got worse with each waffle). We ended up spending nearly an hour cleaning to make our machine back to what it was prior to using this mixture. Our usual waffle mix, from Williams- Sonoma, does not create these types of issues.
