Sound Off Recreational Nep Cruise Control MCCC40-P

This is absolutely the best cruise control, especially for the price. I have had several over the years and would not buy anything else.Installs quick and easy, very small profile, doesn't get in the way of other controls and works perfectly.Some other reviewers were bleating about about how it doesn't fit their bike. Well they are lame cos all it needs is a little modification to make it fit any bike in ten minutes or less -1- Cut off the bottom lug that is supposed to clip around the throttle cable (if it doesn't line up).2- Use a small short screw to attach one of the sides to your starter/kill switch/throttle handlebar control box. (Be careful not to put the screw in where it could damage or affect the throttle twister inside. Yes, you may have to unscrew the two halves of the box to look inside. It's not difficult, just use your brain).

I bought this with low expectations and they were met. It does fit on to the bike as advertised but that is as far as the description goes in being correct. This is the most expensive cheaply made piece of plastic crap I have ever purchased. It fails to keep the throttle in the same position for longer than 2 seconds when adjusted properly. Even when tightened down so much that it hinders proper throttle actuation when the "cruise control" is not engaged it will not hold the throttle. If you are merely looking to add more crap to your handlebars and take up room on your grips then buy this product. Otherwise looks elsewhere for something that will actually work because this will not.That is all.

Item does NOT fit bike as stated on ad and now I have to pay to return!!!! I should not have to pay return shipping on an iten that was not as described....

As it turned out, this product will not work on my 2006 Suzuki Boulevard C50. I thought it might but was wrong.

love it, Works great, but . The one of the ears that go around the throttle cable broke off while installing. I have installed several of these and is the first to break. I had a problem finding one to fit this throttle so rather than sending it back used a Ty wrap and good old J&B weld.

This throttle lock looks well made for the price. However it does not fit 2004-2008 Suzuki Dl650's as claimed in the description. Sending it back.
