Arrived broken
The item comes from China...in a plastic bag! When it arrived, the tabs that allow the bowl to pivot were broken. It makes absolutely no sense to send something that is plastic, from China, in a plastic bag, and expect it to be in one piece when it arrives. When I made a complaint, there was no problem getting a refund, however. The actual colander looked fine and likely would work.

Too small and arrived broken
This product arrived broken and went right into the recycling. No point in returning with everything going on. Also, it was much smaller than expected.
