I was loyal to the same brand for a long time, but they were leaking and it was hard to find the option without wings. I decided to give these a try, and I was pleasantly surprised!! I really like them! They absorb quickly and feel very comfortable to wear (as comfortable as pads can get, anyway). Since they are thin, you do have to be mindful to consistently change them every 2-3 hours, but I haven't had an issue with that as it's no different with the others I used too buy. I like that they're big and cover a good area of the underwear, but are thin so don't show through pants or leggings. I've repurchased it twice at this point, and will order more. Great option for night use or those of us who prefer pads over tampons!

I've been a long time loyal customer for these items and I've been using these liners for decades. They provide very good coverage for daily use. I'm so angry Kimberly Clark has now discontinued them. I sent msg asking what they have that's similar and was pointed to another liner of theirs labeled as "long". Bought a box and they are so small it's ridiculous! The ones suggested are only 7" long and 2.5" wide whereas these are 10" long and 3.5" wide. I'm going to try out some other brands to hopefully find something that covers as much as these liners did. Whoever at Kimberly Clark that made the lame decision to discontinue these should lose their job! I'm rating these 5 stars because I love these liners but for the decision Kimberly Clark made to discontinue them I give them zero stars!

U by Kotex Ultra Thin Pads, Clean & Secure, Heavy Absorbency, 56 Count: I've used the regular absorbancy for years as a panty liner, but, as you get older, you want more backup. Easy to place in your underwear and easy to remove, without being too easy. My skin prefers cotton panties to paper briefs, so these are a great solution, and the price is reasonable.

I thought that these were the thicker ones, but it was my mistake, they are labeled ultra thin. These exact pads were double the price on Amazon than they were at a local store, but because I thought I bought the thick ones I thought I was getting them a few dollars cheaper than they were when they carried them in store. I had to use these as I had nothing else and haven’t had a chance to go look for the ones I like and as far as they go, they are way too wide for bikini cut underwear and have a thin papery border that feels a little uncomfortable when walking. They have not caused me irritation and don’t hold as much as the other ones, so I’ll only be using these in the daytime. I like how flat they are, I haven’t bought pads this thin in a long time and may buy them again in the future to have as emergency pads in my car or at work. They’re not my favorite, but they’re decent and do what they’re meant to do.

These work very well for me!!!!

I like these because they are discreet and slim. They keep me dry, they don't make noise when I walk or pick my wedgie TMI I know. They also don't stink at all. Great coverage without those annoying plastic wings. Great for night, exercise or that time of the month.

J'ai testé bien des marques de protège-dessous avant d'en arriver à ce modèle de Kotex. J'achetais jusqu'à présent le format "régulier" et je l'ai adopté car il s'ajuste bien dans les culottes, s'utilise bien de jour comme de nuit, il est absorbant et emprisonne les mauvaises odeurs. Au moment de commander, le modèle "heavy" était plus abordable alors j'ai décidé de lui donner une chance. Quelle bonne idée! Je le préfère finalement au régulier. La différence d'épaisseur n'est vraiment pas discernable, mais ça me rassure de savoir que le modèle est plus absorbant, pour les "grosses journées". Le seul petit désagrément avec ces serviettes est l'adhérence: ce n'est pas l'adhésif le plus efficace que j'aie vu et la serviette a parfois le temps de se replier sur elle-même ou de se déplacer avant que je termine d'enfiler ma culotte. Une fois bien en place, par contre, ça ne bouge pas.
