Enchanting
In Pet Bakery Business Startup: How to Start, Run & Grow a Trendy Pet Bakery Business, the author, Rebecca Rothschild, begins by writing about her own success story, concerning her pet bakery business, which is inspiring and convinces you to keep reading the rest of the book, thinking there is a possibility you could create your own pet bakery if you are especially interested. There is an easy table of contents where you can simply click on the chapter you are interested in and be taken right to it if you would rather read the book out of order or you simply have most of the background you need but require a few more pieces of specific information. The author then discusses all you should know about organic versus natural ingredients. Next, are equipment and supplies, techniques and tons of fun recipes, plus how to make your cookies look stunning. Finally, the author delves into the “nuts and bolts” by giving a step-by-step guide with all the terminology defined as to how to set up your pet bakery business and market it, following with how to make this business yours, your size, your niche. Fun and inspiring illustrations all throughout the book are especially convincing.

Informative as a starting point
As a Starting Point, This is what it really is, your starting point. No Book can give you every little piece of information you require, Remember this is a USA based book so there are 50 States all with their own nuances that change over time, their own laws that change over time, so if you want a book about the Pet Bakery laws and rules ion Washington then great, but just think of the person in North Carolina hat wants the same thing? This book would be huge giving you all that information. The Starting point is this is an overview of what Rebecca did to build her Pet Bakery Business, with a few of her recipes, info on a Business Plan, a link to get your EIN, etc.., plus a few very informative charts on Vitamin K (Potassium) and it's affects on Dogs as well as Vit A and its effects, plus why certain items like apple seeds are bad for your dog.So it has good information, not exhaustive, do your own research!!If you want to build your business get into the habit of doing your own research, use these books as your base point then build your own business, not a copy of Rebecca's.I run a Bakery as it is, so I'm looking to add to my products. This is a great starting point for me, but as I say do your own research, find out what works for you.None of this will be handed to you on a Silver Platter, it is all about your own hard work to build your businessYes there are some spelling and grammatical errors, but this is a self-published book, not professionally edited, so give it a break, it does not detract from the information given!!

I learned alot from this book
Pet Bakey business startup by Rebecca Rothschild is a very unusual book, there are not many books on this topic. This book focuses on a new trend that is getting very popular in many bigger cities. When I first saw this book, I was immediately curious to find out how one can start such a business and be on the front line of this new trend. I will say that I found the book to be helpful, packed with a lot of relevant and usable information. I am a pet lover and always wanted to do something that would bring a smile to pet owners like myself, I think this is one of the best ways to do just that.

Just ok
Most of this seems like common sense. Very few recipes. No real ideas for mass quantity or storage of goods.

Disappointed, a bit blah...
Quite basic unfortunately. US based, so legalities of no use to UK readers. Nutritionally questionable, would like to know where the writer learnt about canine nutrition? Was hoping for more specific information with regard to running a pet food business. Food shelf life? The transition from kitchen table to manufacture? Would like to have known more about the writers business too.

Did enjoy this book1
Well I am about to open my own dog bakery, so this book was very informative even though I'm in Canada, the steps are similar and with my own research I could find the proper department I needed to advance my business.

Good but why is the back of the book about becoming a notary?
I'm liking the content I expected but the back of the book looks like it's misprinted. It's a summary about becoming a notary public? What the heck?
