Works with kinetic unit I bought at argos. Good adhesion on pads. No tens pads ever hold their stickiness but if you buy a tube of tens pad gel to spread on non sticky pads then they can last a long time, up to a year. I was worried about these pads with the press stud type fitting in case they were a loose fit, as my older tens units have the push on type of wire so I had no idea if these would fit the Kinetic unit. They are absolutely fine. A very nice mix of pad sizes as well for the money as I need large ones for my back, medium ones for back and knee and small ones for plantar in foot. Very good value pack.

They are extremely sticky so be careful where you put them

Good product but unfortunately I was allergic to the adhesive and they left a really nasty rash. I’ve used other brands no problem so there is something different in the adhesive of this product.
