Stye Eye Therapy Reusable Warming Compress, Relief for Styes and Dry Eyes, Reusable

Perfect size, helps with styes and random swelling in my eyelid. I have rosacea and I don't know it's getting older or related to the rosacea but I've had eye issues the past year. These warm quickly in the microwave and feel really nice. The cover is soft but when I need to use it more often, I'll wrap the compress in a facial tissue, just to avoid spreading anything if I can't wash/dry the cover quickly between uses. It's better (in my opinion) than a warm wet cloth that gets cold very fast.

Heat up as in direction only 5 to 10 seconds at a time. Size is just right to cover eye. Very quick on delivery and that was appreciated since it was needed right away.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Product arrived without seal on either side of package (see pictures) and one of the sealing stickers seemed like it had sawdust on it? The sawdust part is especially concerning seeing as how this is something that goes NEAR MY EYE. On top of it all, as you can see in the photo, it has maybe 1/5, if I’m being generous, of the beads as shown in the picture. There is barely one layer of beads. It has so few beads I could count them easily. It is almost entirely air. I don’t feel safe to microwave it. Absolutely useless

Works well but be careful I blew it up while trying to heat it up. Every microwave heats up diff. Do it by 10 seconds at a time

I gave this product a 3 because the fact that the product has been changed and is much less effective - yet it seems still to be the best available solution. For the past versus present version of the product I would have gone 5 in the past to 2 now. They drastically reduced the heat beads in the packet. So the heat time is like maybe 1/2 to 1/3 of the older ones. So two microwave warm ups now. And the smaller heat foot print makes them needing more adjustments during use to keep the heat on target. Btw. Don’t over heat - they pop. They say start at 10 seconds. Barely got warm. Add 5, 5, but then at another 5 it may pop. I go 15, 5. If reheating only do 5 and watch for the ballon effect. And yeah when they pop there is a colorant,,,,

I have conjunctival cysts in both eyes, and I require warm compresses every day for at least 10 minutes. These warming compresses are the softest and most comforting that I have found. I've tried them all, but these are my favorites. They are a little pricey, and they wear out after a while, but I always keep a pair around to rotate with my other compresses. I use these when my eyes are bothering me the most because they are the most comforting. You have to be careful not to microwave them for longer than 20ish seconds or they will explode little beads all over the outer cover. I like that they can be heated with the covers on. I used to get them from the drug store, but I can't find them there anymore. I'm glad I can find them here.

This is a great item. I have constant eye styes and this is the best thing that gives me releif and the value is great for the money$. I went to a large retailer that I know carries them and as usual not in stock. Ordered it here and had it that evening.

Terrible product and customer service!!! Heat pack exploded after 5 seconds in the microwave, tried for a replacement and was denied! Will not purchase again!!!!

For the price I have paid, it wasn't useful at all. broke in less then 2 weeks, bursted in my microwave. is for one eye only, which doesn't provide relief for both sides.

Would have been nice to have it more than a day !!! Put it in the microwave 5 seconds and the inside exploded. So sad!
