I got mine couple days ago and put it on. The strap isn't long enough to wrap around the car seat like most of the lumbar support products. I just have to stick it inside the seat cover. The memory foam is dense enough to give you support. The width isn't wide enough consider my waist is 32 size male. Even I wish it is a little wider, but it works ok.

This is great for the price! My wife has a lot of back pain and purchased this for her chair at work. It did help with the pain and corrected her posture, which is very poor.
