Good mask and snorkel. No problems.

Bought two of these for my wife and I as we needed to replace our old masks; these are definitely an improvement, the mask fits really well and is very comfortable to wear... no more hurting between the nose and mouth! Water does not come in without the need of tightening too muchWe used the toothpaste method (scrubbing the inner side of lenses for 10 mins each before the first use) and it worked like a charm, zero fogging ever since!The snorkel has a soft silicone mouth piece that is also comfortableOverall we are very pleased with our new masks

Mask is quite good. Keeps water out and provides good vision. But the snorkel is disappointing and below par. It lacks a baffle or float to prevent the intrusion of water when the snorkel is submersed, even momentarily.

I bought this because my old snorkel died, and this set was reasonably priced on Prime Day. The set appears decently made and more than adequate for an amateur snorkeler. However, the snorkel is NOT a waterless, and doesn't have a valve that keeps water out of the tube. I would call this 'water resistant', given it has a nice hood at the tip that resists water getting in from splashing and waves. The tube will need to blown out if it's fully submerged. This isn't a problem for ME, but may be for others.

These were a great purchase. We were traveling to Jamaica and the resort rents communal snorkels and fins for $10/day. Instead we snorkeled every day with these Phantom Aquatics mask and snorkel sets and they worked really well and saved us quite a bit of cheddar too! Easy to pack, they come with a pretty nondescript storage bag, and we had no problems whatsoever with water leakage or comfort. As with most masks, they do leave a mark after longer snorkel sessions but it's not a big deal. Got my boyfriend the black/grey ones and they fit him well. Looked super fly with my Mermaid swimsuit too: Wowforu Womens Letter Print One-piece Swimsuit Backless Jumpsuit :)

The mask is great. It's water tight stays relatively clear.The snorkel, on the other hand, has a very flimsy "valve" where you clear the snorkel and it is supposed to keep the water out. I used the snorkel for the equivalent of a few weeks and the valve gave out and the snorkel floods. Not good. In fact, terrible. It renders the snorkel useless. It definitely needs to be reworked and improved.

Works fairly well, but I keep getting water up my nose even though it is covered.

I used this for regular snorkeling and for swimming with whale sharks and overall it worked well. I have just a bit of experience snorkeling and am not a strong swimmer but I felt totally comfortable with this set. It fits well (female) and it's easy to adjust the straps if needed. There were times when the goggles fogged up but the dish soap trick was helpful. If you practice, learn how to use this correctly and most importantly, relax while you are using it then it should work fine for you. I was so satisfied with this gear that my husband bought his own set for our trip. We'll see how it holds up over the years but for now, we are both happy with our purchase.
