Grabs each section well as I blow dry so brilliant for smoothing and giving volume, had a handy removable pointed section on the end to create clean sections in the hair which I promptly lost! But very useful when it's on the brush

Exactly as described. This is my second time purchasing this brush. I liked it so much. I keep one at home and one in my travel bag.

This brush is wonderful! I have coarse, 4a African American hair, and this brush made blow drying my hair so much easier than using a paddle brush. The amount of tension is perfect. I was worried about the flexible bristles, but they’re effective and gentle. They even feel like a little scalp massage. The brush retains a good amount of heat, but not enough to burn my skin. Blow drying went very, very quickly. The extra long barrel is the best part. I can grab more hair at a time without tangling my hair. It helped smooth my hair so much that I didn’t have to use high heat with the blow dryer or flat iron after. My hair doesn’t smell burnt. I’m in love with this thing.
