Install, adjust Z offset and you're good to go!
I got this after the thermistor on my ender 5 pro broke and gave a -14° reading on my LCD screen! I was going to tinker with it but when I saw how affordable this was, I just went ahead and got a new one! Installation was basically the reverse of taking the old one out.I had an issue with my z axis though. Maybe I tightened some screws now that it lifted the nozzle quite a bit. It's like a good 1/4" off the bed! Maybe also because I upgraded to a Creality PEI bed which I thought shouldn't be a problem since it's almost the same thickness of the stock magnetic bed.To fix the issue, I simply adjusted the Z offset from -0.15 to -1.8 and everything works like a charm! Now if this lasts longer than the stock nozzle (I've only had my printer for around 7 months), this will be great and I'll know which to buy in case I need a replacement!

Dont trust the answers in the questions.
So I have 2 ender series printers. 1 5 plus and 1 5 pro. I ordered this hoping that it would be a good fit for my pro so I could use the thermal cartridge and thermistor as a fast swap if needed on the plus or pro. When I got this I removed it from packaging to find the wires were to short. I contacted them but I got no response. I plan on keeping this because I can solider more wire in if needed however..... they should not post false information in questions. Ultimately it would work for a 5 plus but your going to short your wires a good bit and will need to re path them.

Perfect replacement!
This is a simple plug and play replacement for the stock Ender 5 hot end assembly. All I did was un-hook the wires at the base of the control box and swap them out. The only pain point is fishing the new wires through that mesh wire tubing, but if you squish the tubing up, it makes it a lot easier.Other than that, this thing is ready to rock and roll as soon as you get it hooked up. All that said, I'd recommend doing a PID tune when you get this in so you it properly heats up and holds the correct temperature. Speaking of holding the correct temperature, the silicon sock on the heating block is always a welcome addition. If you've snapped your Ender 5's hot end block or just completely obliterated it with an overnight oozing failed print like I did, this is an inexpensive and easy swap.

Easy to install and high quality Hotend
I found this Hotend to be very reliable and easy to attach to my Creality Ender 5. It's an excellent replacement to my stock Hotend that lasted me about a 1000+ hours before breaking down. Hard to say if it is better than the Hotend it came with but it is just as good as my first. They shipped it very fast as well. Happy with my purchase.

Doesn’t fit ender 5 Not As Advertised!
It supposed to fit ender 5 but the cords that it ships with aren’t long enough to plug in and also have it print anything. Really disappointed that I now need to slice the wires in order to get this ready to go piece to actually work. I highly recommend against this one

Prints perfectly .
It fits up just as expected and actually seems to be printing better. I like the smaller nozzle it comes with . Same.4 mm nozzle but seems to be smaller diameter and digs less in the print when laying down the first layer. Cables are pretty long , can either cut and solder , out on new plugs or just zip tie the excess wire. Other then that it’s awesome .

Perfect fit for Ender 5
this went on smoothly just like the stock extruder. I had no issues with any level changes or anything. Printer is back up and running and not getting anymore runaway stops. Would buy again.

Very leaky, almost impossible to print anythign big
This thing leaks filament all over the place. Had it for a week and it will go into the trash when an all metal hotend shows up.
