I found a place that will ship pre-painted (always ALWAYS pay the extra for UN-folded - it's significantly more expensive due to the need to ship "freight" via regular parcel with either UPS or FedEx) bumper cover that some dumb mechanic broke half the clips on when removing and replacing the cover and grille (they are screwed together and unless you are in the situation I was, you might never have to take them apart - however this is irrelevant) so I spent a few hundred bucks and got a brand new paint-matched cover which I used these clips to install (again technically they attach to the grille assy. which is attached to the bumper cover).
