We treat each dispenser as a masterpeice and pay attention to each and everyone of them. The cost of the dispenser is just not for copper but providing an excellent product that you can use for generations. Hope you will appreciate this fact and enjoy the dispenser for generations to come. **Q: How do you order an extra spiggot and top screw?** A: Our customer service number 212-202-0225 accepts voice calls, SMS, Text Messages, Whatsapp, Skype or Google Hangout calls. Feel free to contact us for any issues and we will be happy to help. Looking forward to hearing from you. **Q: How is this shipped to ensure no damage? can you pay extra for more robust packaging? finally, where is it shipped from?** A: We have been constantly striving to avoid damages occuring during shipping. We have reinforced our packing in the original printed boxes and also included a strong brown cardboard box to prevent any damage to the printed box and the unit inside. These dispensers are orginally shipped from India. We open and inspect EACH & EVERY dispenser for damages before they are shipped to Amazon warehouse to be shipped to the end user. Initially Amazon use to put the dispenser boxes in a bigger shipping box before shipping to the customer. But lately we noticed that they started putting shipping labels on the printed box of the dispenser which is not fit for shipping thus exposing to a greater risk of getting damaged. This forced us to include an additional brown box to protect the entire printed box and the dispenser within. Hope this helps. **Q: Why wont it let me ship to california?** A: Amazon has mistakenly restricted this product from being sold in the state of California. We are working deligently with Amazon to remove this restriction. We expect this restriction to be lifted soon. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. Hope this helps. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent and good value *by A***Y on October 31, 2024* Water spout seal is perfect. Color gorgeous. Taste of water is as expected. Yes you will notice oxidation of copper and that is normal. Easy to clean using a wide range of copper cleaning products. Anyone in a city with questionable tap water will enjoy the antibacterial action of copper and a more pleasant taste. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gorgeous! *by A***R on September 7, 2026* Absolutely beautiful! Bought my first one a couple of months ago, and now I'm looking for two more to gift to my kids, but I can’t find a larger size. ### ⭐ Will loose the aesthetics after less than 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!! *by A***R on September 30, 2026* It leaked within one year and will loose the aesthetics in less than 2 years!! Recommended cleaning method does not remove the marks, in fact over time, there will be more and more marks that can not be removed. True copper jug easily cleans very well, shinny and new looking when cleaned properly on the exterior. It is also very hard to clean from the inside. Bought less than 2 years ago. Copper jugs suppose to last a lifetime, do not expect the aesthetics of this one to last long. ## Frequently Bought Together - American Ayurveda Countertop 100% Pure Copper water Dispenser, Stainless Steel Faucet Spigot, Lid Inlcuded, Heavy Guage, Durable, Handcrafted, Full 5 Gallon Capacity - Kosdeg Copper Cups - 12 Oz set of 4 - A Unique Way To Enjoy Wine - The Perfect Pure Copper Tumbler for Water - Copper Drinking Cups Better Than Glasses or Plastic - Moscow Mule Copper Cup For Drinking - Kosdeg Copper Water Bottle - 34 Oz Extra Large - A Hammered Ayurvedic Pure Copper Vessel For Drinking - Drink More Water, Lower Your Sugar Intake And Enjoy The Health Benefits Immediately --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/133467937-american-ayurveda-countertop-100-pure-copper-water-dispenser-stainless-steel](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/133467937-american-ayurveda-countertop-100-pure-copper-water-dispenser-stainless-steel) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
