VERY FRESH & VERY TASTY

I was searching for pistachios ORGANICALLY GROWN IN CALIFORNIA. My choices were limited. I took a leap of faith & ordered these. I'm happy to report that we are 100% pleased with this purchase. They're fresh & flavorful. They're raw, unsalted & are not roasted. The one & only ingredient is ORGANIC PISTACHIOS in the shell. That's it! No oils have been added, nor any preservatives, etc. Pistachios are a good source of fiber & plant-based protein. They have a positive effect on your gut! They contain high levels of unsaturated fats that our bodies need for optimum health. They help to keep our blood sugar, blood pressure & cholesterol in check. If you watch PBS, you may be familiar with Dr. Fuhrman. He recommends that we should eat greens, onions, beans, berries, mushrooms, seeds & nuts, daily.
