The clip on the end that turns off the water flow was loose but my husband did something to tighten it up but hopefully it doesn't break off eventually because that's the best part about the hose so I don't have to keep going to the faucet to turn the water off. I took my hose back to Costco because it didn't have that switch on the end. Other than the loose switch I'm happy with the hose.UPDATE; After submitting my original review the company contacted me with the offer of sending me a new hose. I received it a few days ago and right away I checked the shut off valve and either my first hose was defective or they made some improvements with it because it was very securely tightened. I haven't used the replacement yet but as long as it works as good as the first one and with this valve not being loose I will be completely satisfied with it. It stretches out like it should with the water on and as long as you get the water drained out it shrinks back down. Fantastic customer support and I didn't have to make an extra trip out to return the original hose.

This review is more about the seller than the product. I ordered two of these 50’ expandable hoses for 2019 Christmas gifts. Since living in the Northeast, the hose was recently put to it’s first use in late April 2020. The product it’s self has an excellent feel and is very easy to maneuver and then to wrap after use. However, one hose came with a hole midway in length. It was used on a lawn so was never exposed to any sharp edges. The pamphlet enclosed with the hose stated a one year full warrantee. I have emailed a request for exchange three times but have not received any response. The seller is not to be trusted.UPDATE 6-14-2020 The seller “puppysmom”, immediately contacted me to explain that my email was inadvertently missed and they humbly apologized. Without delay, they offered to replace the damaged hose with free shipping and did so without the hassle of having to return the original, defective one. Any company who stands behind their product and goes above andbeyond to guarantee their customers satisfaction deserves recognition.Thank you for your speedy solution and for offering a great product. This hose is of great quality, nice to handle, does not kink and the replacement hose came in a very nice storage bag. I would order again and the vendor has proven to be ethical and dedicated.

The media could not be loaded.  Our previous hose was broken, and i accidentally saw this one and just bought it. I was surprised how good quality it is when I first time use it to water my plant. Different mode let you have multi choices for different purpose, to water plant, do car wash and clean the garage and floor. I definitely recommend this product! Check it out!

My husband loves this garden hose. It wraps up in a nice little coil, but extends 50 ft! It's excellent quality and super easy to maneuver. The sprayer nozzle it came with is also excellent with several spray pattern options. Great purchase! Would definitely recommend!

The media could not be loaded.  I just received the hose 2 weeks ago and have only used it 5~6 times but I am impressed so far. I am so tired of kinks and the heaviness of the standard garden hose. I really prefer the expandable hoses to dragging around a heavy garden hose although which is usually more durable honestly.The hose seems well constructed and heavy-duty without being heavy. It doesn't kink or take up that much space as standard garden hose. Just keep mind of hanging it dry in the shade.The brass fittings seem more durable than the plastic fittings on the expandable hose sold in the market. The shut-off valve, a nice touch for me, makes it avoid a puddle waiting for you when you are turning on the faucet to run the water, and also makes you stretch out the hose and turn on the water without the end of it whipping around like crazy. The shut-off valve allows the hose to fill up before the water flows out.The addition of the nozzle makes this a good value for the price. Love the variety of settings and many options to control flowMost of them can only work not too low water pressures, usually about 87 psi for full expansion. Where I live, my water pressure can exceed 90 psi so water pressure issues as some customers complained never become my problem.

So far, so good! I mean, I am no hose aficionado — truth be told, this is my very first hose — but I’m not sure what else you’d want out of a hose, and I spent way too much time researching. It easily attaches to my spigot, it comes with a cool multi-featured nozzle, and it sprays water. We take off the nozzle to blow up water balloons, and for that purpose, I love that it has a little on/off lever, so I don’t have to fully twist the dial at the source for every fill-up. We also use it to fill up my daughter’s kiddie pool, and I love that the nozzle has a little metal thingy (that’s the technical term) that allows it to keep spraying without me squeezing it. I also love the mist setting on the nozzle that lets me torture my family during water play without actually soaking them. With the hopes of avoiding sun damage and mold, we unhook it after every use and spray out all the water and keep it in a bag on the garage.

This item showed up one day before the estimated arrival time which is awesome and it comes with several hose gaskets that would be coming handy whenever you needed one. Also, I connected the hose end to the water outlet with bare hand and it fits right on without any tool and no leaks either. The nozzle with several settings for water volume works for my application as well. I highly recommend this product.
