Great buy!
What a great Pilates ring this is! Can be used in multiple ways, with the reformer, mat or just for stretches each time they are needed. Wonderful quality, the resistance is very good compared to a previous ring I have which was very weak. Great buy!

Very good tension, well made.
I have always bought Aero Magic Circles but decided to try Balanced Body as I own and teach on their Reformers. I really like it a lot. It is comfortable in the hands or between the ankles. The spring is a good tension and I believe it will last a good long time. I use it at least 3-4 times a week. I love teaching Mat and Reformer using the Magic Circle and this is a very good one.

Ring appears to be standard fare, has good features but a bit too soft (easy to squeeze) for my use.

Great addition to my pilates practice
I have been doing mat-based pilates at home via an app for nearly three years now and have a solid core with my regular practice. But WOW, this is such a great addition to target and isolate various core, oblique, scap, tricep, thigh etc muscles! And great for stretching my legs.You can easily hold it in position with your ankles or above your knees without a ton of squeezing, but you can also squeeeeeeze it without breaking it.Highly recommend for anyone's home gym and wish I had bought it sooner than I did.
