Good to find some veggie recipes
I'm more the meat-eating type --- but I have been looking for keto ways to add more veggies, so this was a nice way to find some recipes for that.

It's a cookbook. Do you want to listen to a cookbook?
Audio Book Review : unless you like a list of ingredients read to you, don't get this book. This title only makes sense as a printed edition. It's a cookbook for god sakes.

Intro Keto book with lots of recipes for a good start
Since a long time I was curious to try keto diet and finally decided to give it a go. I decided to purchase this book. It is a good introduction book and has plenty of recipes to try, included in a meal plan that can serve as a base for starting the diet. Overall nice intro book and easy to read and follow. Recommended!

Interesting
Was shocked just how radical the keto diet is, read but not tried the recipes, in these days of COVID-19! I’m not sure I’m up for it, very hard. Will wait till my bottle returns. Very informative though, but the food not for me just yet.

No pictures of the meals
There are no photos in this book.I like to see what the food should/will look like and was very disappointed that there were none!! If I saw this in a book shop I wouldn't have bought it.Has some good recipes, and we have listed some to try but we won't be following the daily meal plans.

The book is primarily for an American audience.
I was excited about getting this book for some recipe ideas rather than following a 28 day plan. I feel a bit cheated. My problem with the book is that it is American rather than British which I hadn’t realised. The result is that none of the recipes have metric or imperial measurements but instead use American cup sizes, easy enough if you have cups. There are a lot of ingredients listed that are not easily available (you would have to buy online) and some that I didn’t understand and couldn’t find to buy online. One of the recipes uses gelatin; I don’t thinks that’s vegetarian at all. I made the keto bread; recipe did not work at all. A bit disappointing overall. I am going to look for a book from a different author.
