Review: Off to the Races with a Winner! - Heartway's HP4 is a Made-in-USA top quality machine. Pre-Assembled; ride out of the crate; super-easy to operate; short learning curve. Plenty fast; sure-footed; up the van ramp like flat ground; very quiet; extra-comfortable - important for aches/pains; seller support above and beyond. After many months of searching and shopping, I know I made the right choice. You can, too. I endorse this power chair 100% - from a.c. in ND
Review: Herky Jerky transport! - this chair has a toggle control, which is fine if you are a gamer, but the herky jerky motion of this chair will sprain your wrists, elbows, knees, ankles. I'm almost afraid of it , I run it in the slowest speed and still I get jerked into door frames. I suggest getting one that says "smooth operation"

### ⭐⭐⭐ difficult to move in small slaces
*by S***E on January 24, 2014*

it is very difficult to maneuver in small elevators such as assisted living. foot rest needs to be smaller, feet catch on wheel when turning. cannot sit at round table with extended arm. If raised to do so,, cannot activate control
