How hard is the ball? We play every weekends with friends, and the balls we have just go soft after 4 days of playing.

its pretty stiff...but unlike some takraw in Thailand, this one is made from a sort of plastic. It still bounces well and has a good feel against skin. My wife is Thai, not me, but she thinks its just fine and just as good as any she's had. All in all, this is a good purchase
