Provosyn is a great product. It mirrors the milk and egg ratio's of Rheo Blair plus tosses in some beef protein as well. The taste is amazing, cake batter vanilla. I love this protein powder. Mixes up great, no clumping or un-dissolved powder. Kind of has a cake batter taste to it. I mix it thick and stick it in the fridge or freeze and eat it like ice cream. I follow a ketogenic diet and Provosyn works great with my macros. With all other things remaining the same, I have noticed an increase in lean muscle mass since I have added this in to my diet. Beverly is a great company to deal with and their products are top notch.

It tasted great and mixes really well. Only protein powder I have found that has whole egg not just egg white. Good stuff. Adding to my original post I recently had a physical. My testosterone levels were up over 100 points from last year. My bad cholesterol was just slightly higher , good cholesterol was perfect. Everything else was great. I have been using this product for almost a year on a daily basis

Not a miracle product. No dramatic changes in muscle growth while using it. I used 2 bottles. It works better with Ultra 40 as stated on the bottle. I may eventually order again in the future.

Truly a great product, I live it and is worth every penny. The only “downfall” (and it is a very small criticism) is that there are limited flavors, only one. Would love to see other flavors
