Great value and great shipping

This filters are HEPA so they are more dense that the one that came with my unit. You can feel and see the difference. They seem to sell different levels of air filters for CPAP machines so pay attention. They fitted perfectly and came with very good instructions and description literature. My only concern is that being denser, if they will make my machine perform differently or wear it out faster as the air pump will need to work harder. It is just like a denser air filter for your HVAC unit at your house. The denser the filer to filter smaller particular the more restriction it puts on the airflow and therefore the harder the unit has to work.

I was taken away when I received this in the mail. I dont know why I was expecting this huge box to come in the mail but I did. LolI opened the package and saw this tiny box.So far, so good. You can tell its thicker and a better filter than the ones provided with the machine.I'll continue to use and see the results soon enough.

Product does what it claims. Does not look like the filters that came with my machine, but are an inexpensive alternative. It has 2 sides as others have said. They are a little thicker than my old filter, therefore, I had to use more pressure than normal to get the back to stay on. Great option to have in a bind.

are still filters!There's really not much to review -- These arrive in an unexpectedly small box. Really, excess packaging was not needed, but since it's generally there, this surprised a little.No damages, still properly sealed, and they fit the machine as they should. 'nuf said!I would recommend these for your Resmed as a suitable alternative to the over-priced (oem) where you likely purchased your machine.P.S. -- Make note of the details on your packaging -- There is a smooth (harder) side, and then the typical "fluffy?" side... there IS a difference installing one side down over the other.

OEM or replacement Resmed filters for the Autosense 10 CPAP do a fair job--but allow fine particulate matter into the mechanism and onward to your mask. These HEPA filters trap the finest of airborne trash and keep it out of your system. This makes for healthier nighttime CPAP use, and less wear and tear on the blower mechanism of your CPAP machine. Get these, and never look back!

The cost is small and performance is good. They fit air sense 10 perfectly. Even though I could get something similar through insurance, a few at a time, this is cheap enough I'll just keep gettiing these.

The price was right but the claimed universal fit was incorrect. I had to use a scissors to trim the filter so the cover on my Autosense 10 could close properly. Also the side of the filter that faces out is soft and fluffy the way you'd expect a filter to be. The side that faces in to the unit is quite hard and stiff and would appear to allow less air flow. Just my estimation. Universal is not always so.
