This was recommended to me by a healthcare professional. I followed their direction, and I was very surprised and of course pleased. I felt the difference same day. I tend to be sensitive, so it may take longer for others. I make sure I remember to take them every day. I have more energy (not racy just better), mood enhancement (uplifted) and clarity.

Expiration date only 5 mos away
I was expecting an expiration date of at least a year from the time of purchase considering how much I paid for it. I was planning on having this product on hand in case I were to get COVID, since it has been shown to be of benefit in such a case. I am currently off all supplements due to a rare skin condition while I try to figure out which, if any, triggered the condition. So I will not be starting the lysine right away. Technical y, if I were taking one capsule a day, I would finish the product in 120 days, within the expiration date of 4/2025. But I’m very disappointed that it does not have a longer expiration date. Did I just get unlucky with which bottle was sent to me, or do they all have an expiration date of only a few months?
