I fastened a squeeky toy at the end of it to make a game for my dogs! (Think gigantic cat toy for pups!) It works great and feels really sturdy. I'm not sure what it is really for, but its working great for me. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the rope at the end is pretty strong.

100% not using it for its intended use - but it works wonderfully as a flirt pole for my Great Dane! Tied a baggie on the loop (after removing the hard end) and he goes crazy for it and tires him out quickly.

Good material and size. My horse responds well to it.
