Dr Singha's Mustard bath is AMAZING!
If I feel any kind of sickness coming on, I take a long hot bath with Dr. Singha's and it usually kicks it out. If I already have something, I feel much better after the bath and seem to get well pretty fast in most cases. Been using this for many years and I try not to run out- never know when I might need it.Thank you Dr. Singha!

Love this product. I have bought this product on numerous occasions. Alternate between this & simply doing epson salt baths. I tried to make it but it wasn’t the same. Love the soak, detox & even the smell is natural. Feel like I’d doing something good for my body every time I use this.

Create self-care time that allows you to follow the instructions exactly. Seriously, follow the instructions. Taking that full 20min followed by the cold rinse equals GREAT NIGHT REST and REJUVENATION. The healing qualities of this bath are amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for relaxation. I always pair with candle light and calming meditation music.

My go to when sick
This mustard bath really clears my sinus. I feel a bit better after using this bath. I follow the directions and have a cold shower after the hot, hot bath. Make sure to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Aside from having some relief in congestion, my colds/flu seem to be shorter in duration when I follow the routine of this mustard bath. At this point I can't tell how much is the mustard bath and how much is the placebo effect but I don't care.

Amazing relaxing bath
For best effect you need to come up to quite a hot bath. It really feels so invigorating for your skin and at the same time really relaxing. It's the best bath product that I've tried.
