Medical Pouch - 1000D Tactical MOLLE EMT Pouches First Aid IFAK Utility Bag with First Aid Patch and Shear

This is not a bad price on two pouches. They're a good size for a first aid kit, and should be able to hold everything you would want it to. There is a drain hole in the bottom of the pouch and the inside is lined with plastic. Due to the hole it's not a waterproof but it's definitely weatherproof. There are different size straps inside the whole different items that you may need or want. Overall a very good basic design that was well thought out.Why four stars instead of five?The pouches on their own are a good deal, and are worthy of five stars if they were just by themselves. But they aren't by themselves they come with two trauma shears and two cross patches. The cross patches are what they are. There's not much Velcro on the pouch to begin with, and the patches just kind of fit on there not really all that well. There's going to be edges of the patch sticking out past the velcro, and these are going to come off fairly easily. There's not a lot to the hook there on the back.And the trauma shears are good if you don't have them, but are low quality. You may think about replacing these. Out of the two, I have one that I will probably keep and one that looks like it's not going to do much at all and I'll probably throw away. So don't buy these for the shears. I'm sure they would work better than not having any, but the difference in quality and use is sort of the difference between school safety scissors and those big Iron ones that your grandma has. You know exactly what I'm talking about lol.Overall a very decent package with two pouches. I do wish the choices were a bit more open. I went with tans and black I would have preferred to get tan and green, but for some reason that is not an option even though they have green available with black.

Bought this for my husband for his mountain bike. It was the perfect size for him to keep his medical supplies separate in his bike bag that mounts on the back of the bike And still have room. I bought extra for his ridding friends.

I have to say the scissors are the quality of a toy. Smal, thin metal and not very rigid. In the field some of us call the real ones bone shears and they often survive a lot of abuse. I took a photo for comparison. Not cool that they deceptively use them to sell their products. The pouch appears to be of decent quality. Enough to give 4 stars instead of 3 due to disappointment. This one is for personal use. I'll update on how well it holds up.

I didn't realize that the MEDICAL EMBLEM/SYMBOL was "removable" & easily pulls off (held on ONLY by REALLY LIGHT Velcro) which I do NOT like- (because I have medical issues, and I would want someone to know to look inside the side of the pouch IF I WERE HAVING A PERSONAL MEDICAL EMERGENCY)- " which kind of defeats the purpose of as to why I actually bought them!" Also, I ordered black, yet the bags came in one black and one drab tan camo, & the scissors were sharp enough how to cut medical tape or gauze, but NOT FOR EVERYDAY FIELD-WORK!- (BUY A MORE PROFESSIONAL PAIR IF YOU ARE A MEDICAL PRO & NEED ONE ON THE JOB!)

I really like the size of these pouches.My real only complaint is there is no zippered areas in these pouches (my fault for not really looking at the pictures better).All in all a good set of pouches.

For the price, this bag is amazing and tough enough. The scissors are cheap but they are definitely good enough for a few uses. I’ll sharpen mine but for the price, I’m very happy with this deal

This is a great bag for an IFAK bag, the zippers open all the way to allow you access yet keep you items inside. I have it mounted on back of my tactical vest.

The bag is made of good Quality. It looks nice feels good. But the scissors that comes with it are small and fill cheap. The green pair of scissors you see in the picture I bought those on the wish app a year ago for $1.00. Much better scissor then the ones that come with these bags.
