Parker Roller Ball - best in class
This Parker pen is a good buy for $13. You can pay more for less quality. The chrome gives it a very nice look.The quality is high but it is very light weight and to me, it almost feels cheap. I write almost because I think for the money it is very high quality.I choose my pens based upon the ink and I love the feel of Parker roller ball cartridges. They are the best flowing ink that you can buy, and I type this having owned $100 fountain pens. Really, Parker roller balls are smoother. No other pen has written as well for me, nor any other type of cartridge.

Lightweight but great
This is a well-constructed pen. Nice chrome look. It's not heavy like another Parker I've owned (A good or bad thing depending on your preference). Overall, it's a great buy!

Total junk, I’m done with this brand
Parker Pens has completely tanked in quality. Parker used to mean quality and value, and now it means ridiculously overpriced junk. It’s cheap thin aluminum with plastic that breaks easily, looks cheap, feels cheap, yet somehow manages to still cost a lot with a ridiculous price tag on subpar ink refills where every other refill is defective and doesn’t even work. I’m DONE. I switched to a lesser known company that makes high quality steel pens with great ink refills at a much lower cost. Parker, you need to get it together, but unfortunately even if you do, I’m not going to be around to see it because you’ve permanently lost me as a customer. Goodbye, have a nice life.

Pen Good, Refill NOT
I bought it as a gift. The pen looks very good, nice silver looking, good to hold, light and packaging was decent and delivered on time. However, the refill that was in the package was not good, the tip was bent on one side (I'm not sure if they started making it that way), but didn't feel good in contact with paper. So the whole experience was ruined for me (Bad luck??).
