Great interface
The QR code’s didn’t work on my I phone, could just be a fluke. I will say that this works great with bandlab as intended but also garage band and even the Aplitube app. I was looking for something for on the fly guitar recording, something I could plug my guitar into throw some headphones on and chill on the couch and play, as well as a podcast device. This does all three. It doesn’t have phantom power but you don’t notice that it doesn’t because it works so well with anything you plug into it. Zero lag which is also good. The weighted base is a nice touch because it won’t slip off of the surface you put it on and it charges quickly. Literally got it in today plugged it up and started recording with it.

Great Plug-n-Play Design
I ordered this device to allow recording multiple harmony tracks on my PC, as I played several different acoustic instruments one at a time and in sync with the first track. The unit is compact and dense, as advertised, and it functions quite well for setting the tempo and recording the first track. However, when attempting to record additional tracks, the displayed tempo would change on its own, making synchronization impossible. Attempts to reset to the original tempo proved to be difficult, if not impossible. For single pass recordings, I would give the device a solid 5. I dropped the rating to 3 because the problems encountered with the built-in metronome prevented me from reaching my intended goal.

Solid product
Works great on both band lab and garage band! You can plug in both instrument cable and microphone xlr into the same input (not at the same time of course). The battery life on this thing is amazing. Once charged up for a couple of hours it can last you for up to a week (in my experience at least) This based on the fact that I was using it every day for roughly 2 hours at a time. The construction of the interface itself is solid no risk or worry of it breaking or falling apart; it's practically a brick. If you're recording on the go this is definitely a tool Id recommend investing in.

Completely confusing - doesn't send data through usb???
I can't get device to work on Windows 7 laptop. Your brand is confusing. Are you Link Analog? Are you Presonus? Are you Bandwhatever?? There is no tech support. There is no place to get drivers for this device. I am about to return this extremely frustrating item to amazon and give you a very bad review because it is not plug and play with Windows 7 32-bit, and my computer does not even recognize that there is a usb device connected, even though the power light is on. You don't have a website or tech support contact info on any of your materials except for bandwhatever, which seems unrelated to this hardware which has caused me much more frustration than this unit is worth. Are you really supposed to connect this to the headphone output on the PC instead of through the usb? Whoever heard of that? Why didn't you indicate in your advertising for this product that it is not actually a usb audio interface, which are the keywords I used to find this on amazon. Worst experience on amazon so far, but it's the product's fault.

Better than the Saramonic
I used this for acoustic guitar and vocals. The sound is much better than my old Saramonic. Latency and self noise is much lower on this one.
